At Envisage Beauty, our policies are designed to protect the sustainability of the business, our team, and our clients. They allow us to continue providing a high standard of service and ensure appointments run smoothly for everyone.
Booking Fees & Deposits
All appointments booked online, via our app, over the phone, or in salon are subject to a booking fee.
A booking fee of 50% of the treatment value is required to secure your appointment.
Your booking fee is non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

You cancel or rearrange your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice.

We are able to fill your appointment slot.

Exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of management.
Regular Appointments
Clients who book a series of appointments in advance (such as regular nail, lash or beauty appointments) may be asked to pay an additional holding deposit.
This deposit will remain on your account and can be redeemed against a future appointment, provided all booked appointments have been attended in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Rearranged Appointments
We operate a strict but fair cancellation policy.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you may be charged up to 50% of the treatment value unless we are able to fill the appointment slot.
In exceptional circumstances, management may accept less than 48 hours' notice at their discretion.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen.
If you expect to be late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their treatment adapted, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the treatment booked and therapist availability.
Where we are unable to carry out the treatment safely or within the remaining appointment time, a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the treatment value may apply.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice has a significant impact on the business and our team.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the treatment value and may be required to pay a minimum 50% booking fee for future appointments.
Illness & Treatment Contraindications
If you are unwell or have a medical condition that may affect your treatment, please contact the salon as soon as possible.
Certain illnesses, medications, skin conditions, allergies or other contraindications may prevent us from safely carrying out a treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.
Standard cancellation policies will apply unless otherwise agreed by management.
Treatment Suitability
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information during consultations and before treatments.
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications or contraindications may result in treatment being refused and cancellation charges being applied.
Behaviour Towards Staff
Our team works hard to provide a welcoming, professional and enjoyable experience for all clients.
Rudeness, aggression, threatening behaviour, abusive language or harassment towards any member of staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse service and future bookings where inappropriate behaviour occurs.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website, social media channels, promotional materials and booking systems are subject to change without notice.
The most up-to-date pricing will always be available through our salon and online booking system.
Treatment Courses
Treatment courses are NON-REFUNDABLE
If you are part way through a course of treatments and decide you will not proceed with the remainder, you cannot get a refund for the remaining treatments
Courses are to be used within the recommended time (i.e 2 CACI facials a week for 5 weeks) and will expire within 12 months if not used.
